New Items Return Policy
Before returning any new parts you need to call or email and obtain a return authorization. You must have a reason for return which is subject to a restock fee up to 10%. Send back any new item within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a refund of your purchase, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be returned with their original packaging and with the original Gary Polk Equipment invoice or receipt.
Used Items Return Policy
All used equipment and parts are sold as is condition no warranty is expressed or implied, we will represent the piece to the best of our ability. All sales are final. Used items will not be accepted for return unless they fall under the "Damaged Merchandise" clause below.

Late Returns Policy
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 14 days from the date you originally purchased it. Unfortunately, items received after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
Damaged Merchandise
If you believe a product shipped from Gary Polk Equipment was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service directly at sales@garypolkequipment.com so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
